Your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your property and equipment, photos you share, appointment history, estimates, invoices and payment records. Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To answer your requests, schedule and perform work, send estimates, invoices, appointment reminders and service updates, process payments, support warranty claims, improve our service and, with your consent, send occasional offers or maintenance reminders.

Text messages and email

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about appointments, estimates, invoices and service. Marketing texts are sent only with your consent. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers that help run our business, such as our scheduling, invoicing, payment, email and text providers
• technicians or subcontractors working on your job
• equipment manufacturers, for warranty registration
• authorities, when the law requires it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

How long we keep it

We keep records as long as we need them to provide service, honor warranties and meet legal, tax and licensing requirements.
